Veteran agency media chief Matt Seiler has hung out a new shingle -- Excelerators Inc. -- a new strategic consulting firm covering management consulting, executive recruiting and investments.

"I spent much of my career in service of some of the most admired brands on the planet," Seiler writes in an update on his LinkedIn profile announcing the new venture.

"When I decided it was time to move on to a new challenge outside of 'agency' I found it harder to make the move than I thought it would be. I needed an agent. But that service was only provided to sport celebrities, Hollywood and YouTubers. I thought that was a massive gap in need of filling.

"For the last seven years I have had the great honor of working alongside some of the most thoughtful and inspiring leaders in business. My principal role has been in helping them to figure out exactly what it was they wanted to do next, and how to make it happen. With Excelerators Inc, I am moving one-step further into organizations to ensure that leaders like the ones in my network have the greatest chance of success."
