Amplify Adds 2 Creative Executives

Amplify selected Heather McTavish Perez as executive creative director, reporting to Jeavon Smith, global chief creative officer.

Previously, McTavish Perez spent several years at Virtue Worldwide, the agency powered by VICE Media Group. After joining as associate creative director in 2017, she rose to become executive creative director. Her latest campaign for toy company MGA Entertainment was “The Rizzler - Diss-Mas.” 

In her new role, McTavish Perez will be overseeing creative output from North America.

In addition, Michi Ohira joined the agency in November as senior creative director from Invisible North, where she was also a senior creative director. At Amplify, Ohira will be work on Yahoo, Lego and Meta. She will also lead experiential campaigns.
