OOH Agency Talon Acquires Out of Home Masters, Strengthens European Position


Talon, an independent global OOH media agency, has acquired Out of Home Masters, the largest independent OOH specialist in the Netherlands.

The acquisition strengthens Talon’s leadership position in Europe. The company is based in London.

OOH Masters, founded in 2015, has billings exceeding $27 million. With a strong presence across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, the Amsterdam-based agency aids Talon’s growth.

The acquired agency delivers data-driven campaigns for top brands and agencies, such as Havas Media, Talpa Radio & TV, Hunkemöller, Coolblue, Enterprise, Pathé and Tony Chocolonely.

Frank Hardenberg, managing director of OOH Masters, will continue to oversee operations. “Talon has an impressive operation globally and this partnership provides access to their advanced data and technology platforms so we can offer enhanced capability to our clients,” he said.

Sue Frogley, global CEO of Talon, added that Out of Home Masters' “expertise and vision align perfectly with our strategy,” driving greater value across the region.

In 2023, Talon integrated Novus Canada and Evolve into the company.

Talon also comprises Evolve, an international OOH specialist with a global planning and buying network spanning 100 markets worldwide.
