The experiential marketing Opus Agency has acquired The Company We
Keep (The CWK), an Asia-Pacific-based experiential marketing agency.
The CWK has offices in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Given its expertise in APAC, The CWK enhances Opus Agency’s ability to provide regionally tailored service for a shared client portfolio, including Salesforce and TikTok.
Dena Lowery, Opus Agency president, said the two major pluses to the acquisition are “to better serve our clients in the world’s fastest-growing and largest cities, while also enhancing our capabilities with deeper expertise in content, broadcast, and film. It’s a strategic move that strengthens our ability to deliver high-impact, future-forward experiences across the globe.”
The CWK has a team of more than 70 staffers.

The Opus Group’s marketing agencies also include MAS and Verve.
Kim Kopetz, President-CEO of The Opus Group, said the strategic importance of the deal was to “enables us to navigate complex challenges and scale operations efficiently, while creating new growth opportunities for our clients and our team members around the world.”
Opus Agency’s client work includes Microsoft, Dell, Dana Farber and Oracle.
