Apply Digital has acquired New York-based personalization and marketing technology agency Ragnarok.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Apply Digital’s multichannel marketing capabilities. Ragnarok will utilize Apply Digital’s strategy and engineering expertise.
The collaboration means stronger integration with enterprise MarTech, platforms such as Braze, Segment, Mixpanel, Hightouch and Iterable.

Ragnarok, founded in 2012, works in various arenas, such as ecommerce, retail, SaaS, media and fintech. Its client roster includes Dropbox, Upside and A+E Networks. Apply Digital works with brands such as Kraft Heinz, the NFL and The Very Group.
