Orlando, FL-based media agency Net Conversion has acquired Los Angeles media buying agency Elevate The Outcome, a specialist in direct-to-publisher relationships. Terms were not disclosed.
The combined entity will be led by Net Conversion Co-Founder and CEO Ryan Fitzgerald.
As part of the acquisition, Mike Lyons, Founder and CEO of Elevate the Outcome, joins Net Conversion’s leadership team as Chief Investment Media Officer.

Prior to founding Elevate The Outcome in 2023, Lyons was president and Chief Strategy Officer at Juice Media, a CTV specialist.
Earlier he founded Bliss Point Media, also a CTV specialist agency that was sold to performance marketing agency Tinuity in 2021 and served as the anchor for Tinuity’s then new Streaming+ division.
Earlier in his career Lyons held ad sales roles at ESPN and A&E.
The combined entity will employ blockchain technology for media transactions as well as AI-powered data analytics to streamline campaign performance tracking and improve reporting capabilities.
The acquisition adds ten employees to Net Conversion's existing staff of 85 employees, including David Sant, who previously served as head of client strategy at Elevate.
The client roster includes AdventHealth, Groundworks, NBCUniversal, Viasat, and Sono Bello.
