M+C Saatchi Sport + Entertainment (S+E) has announced the appointment of a new
leadership team as it expands its investment in the U.S.
The announcement follows the defection of two long-time leaders
there – Andrea Nirsimloo and Paul Anastasiadis – to develop a new competitor, London-based MSQ Sport + Entertainment, which has expanded to North
America.

Val Middleton, former head of marketing for Curry Brand at Under Armour joins M+C Saatchi S+E as executive vice president for sport, leading
sports marketing and athlete partnerships.
Danielle Mileno, who has served in senior level communications positions at Marriott International, Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Sonesta
International Hotels, is named managing director and head of consumer PR.
Alex Osorio, who helped launch S+E’s Creator Marketing Division, is promoted to managing director of influencer
engagement and culture. They will report to global CEO of M+C Saatchi Sport + Entertainment Robin Clarke.
With the goal of expanding its NA Footprint, the new team will focus on brand consulting and
marcomms, partnerships, talent & creator marketing and consumer PR.
M&C Saatchi S+E has worked with brands like the NFL, McDonald’s, Marriott, Oakley, Coca-Cola, Heineken, adidas
and others.
