Acadia has acquired Crush, an Amazon marketing specialist that helps brands launch and scale on the commerce site.
The agency said the transaction will bolster its retail media and commerce capabilities, particularly brands wanting to leverage the Amazon platform. Crush clients, in turn, will have access to Acadia’s capabilities including customer analytics, social, paid media, SEO and others.

Crush, which bases its compensation on sales growth achieved by clients, will continue as a separate brand post-acquisition.
Crush clients include David Protein, Malk, Black Rifle Coffee and True Botanicals. It was founded in 2022 by Matthew Rosenfeld who will continue to lead the agency under the new ownership.
Acadia was founded in 2021 by Sean Belnick and former 360i CEO Jared Belsky. Its retail media and marketplaces unit now numbers almost 150 staffers and works with brands like Godiva, Puma, Totes and Takis.
