Cadillac is adding new cities and restaurants to a program that allows consumers the opportunity to enjoy a fine dining experience in the spacious backseat of a Cadillac Escalade IQ.
"Cadillac of Reservations" began as a limited-time activation but its popularity convinced the brand to expand its footprint this spring and summer.
The New York City experience was met with an overwhelmingly positive reception, says Melissa Grady Dias, Cadillac global CMO.
“We always wanted this to be a multicity activation, and can’t wait to offer this unique dining opportunity to consumers in Los Angeles, Miami and San Francisco,” Dias tells Marketing Daily.
More consumers will have the chance to enjoy a fine dining experience in the all-electric Cadillac at some of the buzziest restaurants around, including La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills (April), Cote Korean Steakhouse in Miami (early summer) and State Bird Provisions in San Francisco (late summer).

This expansion builds on the successful Cadillac x Coqodaq (New York City) collaboration in January, where a few lucky patrons enjoyed the restaurant’s signature fried chicken dishes in the executive second row of the Escalade IQ.
The immersive five-course dining experience featured table settings on the vehicle’s stowable tray tables along with a song pairing for each dish played through the AKG studio reference 40-speaker audio system. Participants were also able to experience massaging, heated and ventilated second row captain’s seats, and a virtual fireplace displayed on the available rear infotainment screens, which added to the comfortable atmosphere.
Activations like the “Cadillac of Reservations” dining experience help build awareness with customers who may not be in the market for a new vehicle currently or don’t have Cadillac on the consideration list, Dias adds.
“It’s a fun and creative way to not only celebrate the vehicle but create a unique experience that only Cadillac can offer, in collaboration with some of the hottest restaurants in the country,” Dias says.
Diners can reserve on Resy.com on a first-come, first-serve basis.
