SPCSHP Elevates 11 Staffers To Senior Roles


SPCSHP has promoted 11 team members to senior posts.

They include: Alessandra Pinho to senior vice president, strategy; Raphael Bouquillon to senior vice president, account management; Steve Street to senior vice president-executive creative director; Kristopher Kowal to vice president, production; Natalie Walby to vice president, growth; and Christine Gratton to executive creative director.

Pinho and Street will service creative for Chase, Botox Cosmetic and Paze accounts. Gratton will lead creative for Dairy Queen, which SPCSHP won as AOR last summer.

“After a year of major new business wins, from Botox Cosmetic and Dairy Queen, as well as the milestone of joining the MSQ family, we’re investing in what drives our success: our crew. These well-earned promotions reflect the future we’re building at SPCSHP,” said CEO Ranae Heuer.

The 25-year-old agency has a range of proprietary offerings, including its newsletter Internet Brunch to research tool Reveal. It focuses on brand strategy and development, adaptive brand design systems and creative work.

London-based global marcoms company MSQ acquired SPCSHP (formerly Big Spaceship) in October 2024. The move was MSQ's biggest foray into the U.S. It also brought annual revenue to approximately $100 million. MSQ is backed by private equity groups One Equity Partners and LDC.
