C4 parent company Nutrabolt has
signed a new partnership with Philadelphia Eagles star running back and Super Bowl Champion Saquon Barkley.
With the agreement, Barkley will become the face of C4 Sport drink, tasked with
reaching athletes and fitness enthusiasts with inspirational messaging.
The sponsorship agreement follows a breakout season for Barkley, which saw him earn recognition as the NFL Offensive
Player of the Year, as well as helping lead the Eagles to Super Bowl victory.
Barkley was also a pre-existing user of the brand, and the “perfect embodiment of the C4 Sport
spirit,” with the NFL star purportedly researching “every ingredient he consumes to ensure he's fueling his body with only the best,” according to the company.
C4’s
marketing has focused on touting its ingredient profile and NSF Certified for Sport designation. Earlier this year, C4 launched a campaign featuring pro football stars Bijan Robinson, CJ Stroud, and Cam Ward,
