Saphyre, an AI-powered fintech company, has launched a tool that allows brokers and their clients to onboard funds by sending an email. 

The new offering, AI Agent for Onboarding, enables clients to submit onboarding requests by emailing their required data points and documents. Saphyre's AI reads the message, parses the data, and automatically starts the onboarding process.

"The same emails your clients send today can now kick off a complete onboarding without any back-and-forth and manual rekeying or specialized formatting" says Stephen Roche, president and co-founder of Saphyre. 

Roche adds: "Instead of chasing clients for missing information or copying data from emails into static forms, brokers can now focus on higher-value tasks — and get their clients to market faster."

If data or documents are missing, the system sends an automated request. When this is complete, it passes the request to the broker operations team for a final review.

The onboarding is then processed via API integrations through their internal systems.

This has implications for marketing and sales follow-ups, given that clients are clearly signaling intent.
