
Patch.com, a hyperlocal news provider, has formed a
partnership with MGID, a global advertising platform, to boost monetization and audience development.
This will be done through content recommendations from
MGID’s advertiser network. MGID will also enables Patch.com to monitor and analyze content performance.
Patch.com now reaches over 25 million unique visitors per month. It hopes to
attract new, engaged readers and reduce its reliance on search and social platforms.
