Warschawski has been named agency of record
for Tide Reality Capital.
The real-estate investment firm has tasked the agency with creating integrated marketing campaigns, as well as branding and thought leadership positioning for the
company.
Baltimore-based TRC focuses on ground-up development projects nationwide. The firm specializes in underutilized properties, particularly within commercial, retail and mixed-use
assets.
Its focus is emerging submarkets and community-revitalization. Recent projects include the Reisterstown Road Plaza and modernizing Valley Centre in Baltimore and transforming Alameda Marketplace in Alameda,
California.
