
Gut is upping Natalia Davila to Chief
Strategy Officer. Previously, she was head of strategy, in which she co-led 15 strategists in the agency’s Miami and Los Angeles offices.
She reports to U.S. CEO Sandra Alfaro.
Prior to joining Gut, Davila was vice president, group strategy director at 22Squared, where she launched the inclusion consultancy. Earlier, she served as strategy director at Team Enterprises and
a senior brand strategist for Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
In 2018, Davila launched her own consultancy, focused on brand strategy and creative advertising. She worked with various brands
including Apple, Toyota and Lavazza. At Apple she launched their Latino inclusion initiative in the U.S.

During her 10+ year career, she has led creative campaigns and
brand positioning for various accounts, including Kraft Heinz, DoorDash, Toyota and Bacardí.
