Terri & Sandy Names Ferguson First Chief Creative Officer

Terri & Sandy is enlarging its C-suite.

The agency has named Amy Ferguson as its first chief creative officer and partner. Prior to her appointment, she was CCO at the Special Group, helping to winthe Planet Fitness, National Peanut Board and Bumble accounts.

Before that, she was CCO of TBWA/Chiat Day, where she launched Hilton’s 10-minute TikTok spot “The Ad You Stay In,” part of the hotel’s first global platform effort. She also helmed Adidas' award-winning "Billie Jean King Your Shoes” campaign.

Prior to Chiat, Ferguson opened the New York office of Mullen Lowe as creative director, leading the JetBlue account.

Terri & Sandy’s client roster includes Princess Cruises, Freshpet, Revlon, Welch’s, My/Mochi, and Mars’ brand, Kevin’s Natural Foods.

Along with Ferguson’s appointment, Peyton Sutton has been named partner of Terri & Sandy. Since last May, the agency reports a 15% YoY growth.

Sutton added that Ferguson's experience “will greatly deepen our expertise in social, experiential and culture-first creative thinking.”
