Benton's Taps Tilt As Creative AOR

Benton’s Smoky Mountain Country Hams named Tilt Creative + Production its creative AOR.

Tilt is charged with growing the Tennessee brand’s market share and driving awareness of their products. The team will handle creative advertising, social storytelling and experiential activations.

Founded in 1947 in Madisonville, Tennessee, Benton’s has built a strong following for its old-school methods. Chefs David Chang, Sean Brock and Tom Colicchio use Benton’s bacon in their kitchens.

“From the start, we saw something rare in Benton’s: a brand with a strong point of view and a story worth telling,” said Ron Carey, CEO, Tilt. “As their first-ever AOR, our focus is on helping more people discover Benton’s.”

The partnership began organically when Tilt, longtime fans of Benton’s, expressed a desire to introduce Benton’s to a broader audience, which resulted in Smoke Sheets, a collaboration that turned the ham's smokehouse aroma into a limited-edition product.

Benton’s joins Tilt’s roster of clients, which include Audi and Capital One.
