R/GA has a new executive
creative director: Jack De Caluwé. He will oversee creative across Nike, a 24-year agency partnership, and Jordan.
De Caluwé reports to Tiffany Rolfe, Global Chief Creative
Officer and chair. Earlier this year, R/GA appointed Ryan Griffin as managing director for Nike. Together, Griffin and De Caluwé will partner to enhance Nike’s creative output.
The appointment follows R/GA's transition to an independent agency.
Previously, De Caluwé was group executive creative director at Instrument. He has worked in
graphic and digital design, brand experience and film direction. His campaign work includes Dropbox’s “For All Things Worth Saving,” Google and The New York Times’
“Picture What the Cloud Can Do” and his recent work with Apple Music.

“R/GA thrives when things are in motion—when technology is rewriting itself and there’s no
handbook to lean on. There’s a real ambition here to get into the making—to turn ideas into something you can hold, use, or feel,” said the award-winning De Caluwé.
R/GA's client work includes Android, Verizon MyPlan, Samsung and the BBC. R/GA partnered with Nike to launch “Coach the Dream,” a
new global campaign, and the debut of Nike’s Global Coaching Hub. More work will launch in the coming months and next year.
