Independent Minnesota media agency Novus, known for its geospatial intelligence and local-to-national planning, selected Adam Weiler as senior vice president, data & analytics.
Weller will lead data strategy and measurements, overseeing AI, modeling and performance accountability. He reports to CEO Melony Rios.
The 25-year ad vet was most recently at Razorfish.
Weiler has also built analytics practices at FCB, Mindshare and Spark Foundry.
