Home-services businesses have a new
tool for marketing to high-intent prospects.
Thryv Holdings has debuted an AI-driven software platform that supports automated email and text marketing campaigns,
among other things.
The software helps small home-services businesses achieve this three-step growth framework: Get found online, capture and convert new customers and drive
repeat businesses, Thryv says in its announcement.
While home services owners are out on jobs, “prospects are submitting forms and getting auto-replies replies to schedule
estimate,” says Rees Johnson, chief product officer at Thryv, in a statement. “Customers are getting branded reminders to service their furnace before winter.”
According to Thryv, the software consists of these features:
- Enhanced local listings across 50+ sites, resulting in higher ratings on Google Search and
ChatGPT
- AI review response, facilitating AI-powered replies to customer reviews
- Automated follow-up, allowing firms to send customized
emails and texts, and to capture and convert leads
- AI content generator that creates and schedules marketing campaigns — i.e, seasonal reminders,
exclusive offers and maintenance plans
- Integrations, connecting to tools like ServiceTitan and Jobber that businesses may be using.

Tanner McGee, co-owner and CFO of Harco Fence + Deck, a Thryv client, says the new platform has helped Harco improve its online visibility across Google, social media, and directory listings,
adding that the reputation management tools "make it easy to collect and showcase reviews" and help to build trust with new prospects.
