Helios Creates AI-Native Operating System For Policy Pros

Public-sector tech is more exciting that people think.

To prove it, Absurd, a Gen Z creative studio, created a campaign that positions the U.S.' AI use as an "AI Race of Clarity," aligning it historically with the Space Race of the 1960s. The work runs organically on LinkedIn and X.

Helios, a company that combines deep policy experience with AI, said it developed the first AI-native operating system specifically designed for public-policy professionals.

The goal of its innovative platform Proxi is to assist both business and government in making smart policy decisions by improving the speed of information access, as well as regulatory efficiency. Helios serves a various clients, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and compliance teams.

Helios believes clarity, transparency and competence are the true competitive advantages.

Joe Scheidler, CEO of Helios, told Out to Launch: “Today, the frontier isn’t the heavens above, it’s the invisible terrain of policy, information and AI-driven systems. And once again, America is being tested. At Helios, that’s our commitment: to restore visibility where the country needs it most. The stakes are no longer measured in miles or orbits, but in whether we can truly see what’s coming next.”
