American Family Campaign Celebrates Its Dreamer of The Year Award

 

American Family Insurance, in partnership with Time magazine, is presenting its Dreamer of the Year Award to Direct Relief, a humanitarian organization that spent the early days of 2025 fighting disaster in its own backyard when Los Angeles was devastated by wildfires.

Now in its fourth year, the Dreamer of the Year is a program that recognizes an individual or organization that works tirelessly to protect, restore and champion the dreams of their communities.    

In the six months following the fires, Direct Relief has distributed over $12 million in financial and material aid, supporting 65 community organizations – from search and rescue teams, to in-school support for students coping with trauma.  

American Family agency Elite Media creates an annual campaign celebrating the Dreamer Of The Year honoree.
