Content Gatekeeper: A New Way To Create Compliant Emails

Email marketers, like everyone else in the business, face increasing restraints on their ability to function. 

To help them, Stensul has launched an operating system called Governed Creation that it says will enable enterprise marketing teams to remain compliant and protect their brands when creating content. 

“Enterprise marketing teams need to move quickly without losing control of campaign quality, brand integrity, or compliance,” says Rachel Meranus, chief revenue and marketing officer at Stensul, in a statement. 

Meranus adds that “by making governance the foundation of our platform, more people can create safely, bottlenecks disappear, and AI can be used with confidence—across email and landing pages today, and additional channels as our customers’ needs continue to evolve.”

The firm has also unveiled a new visual brand identity, with a logo resembling a stencil.

Stensul’s new positioning “reflects the reality our customers operate in today—where speed, consistency, and compliance all have to work together.” Meranus continues. Marketers can find out for themselves if this new system is effective. But according to Stensul, Governed Creation provides:

  • AI-assisted creation that follows predefined standards
  • Centralized collaboration and approval.
  • Embedded governance and brand controls
  • Integrations with existing marketing technology stacks.
