Creative agency Aura Ads has merged with commerce specialist
Bark. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Both agencies are based in the UK with plans to expand their US presence, including the opening of a
New York office in 2026. Further down the road the group is targeting Europe for expansion.

Current clients are prepared meals company Hello
Fresh, personal care marketer Wild, luggage firm Antler, and plant-based foods seller Huel.
With the merger, both agencies will operate under the newly
formed parent company, Consumed Group, retaining their existing brands.
The group will be led by three co-founders: Ryan Walton, founder and CEO of Aura Ads, and Daniel Watts and Tom
Lambert, co-founders of Bark.
