UK-based media and marketing consultant Ebiquity has appointed agency veteran
David Swaebe as head of growth, Americas, a new role at the company.
Swaebe joins the firm after serving in several senior management roles over two
decades at MullenLowe, including most recently a six-year stint as global chief growth officer.

Based in Boston, Swaebe is tasked with driving growth across the
US, Canada and Latin America markets, particularly among Fortune 500 companies seeking to optimize their marketing investments.
Ebiquity is doubling down on expansion in
the Americas region, and Swaebe’s appointment is the latest move to revamp and bolster the senior leadership team there.
Last
June Ebiquity appointed company veteran Michele Harrison managing director-Americas, replacing Paul Williamson who left the company. Harrison had previously served as head of
client management. Prior to joining the firm she served at WPP’s Mediacom and ESPN.
Last year the firm also tapped Travis Lusk as group director of AI solutions, a new role intended to
advance the company’s focus on AI-driven technology and solutions. Lusk has since left and those duties now fall to Lars Noordewier, Chief Data and Technology
Officer.
The regional management makeover comes amid what the firm has called “market headwinds,” particularly in North America, where revenues
were down about 16% for the first half of 2025, according to company reports.
The firm now believes it has the right team in place to drive growth. In a recent filing it said it expects 2026
revenue to outpace last year.
Harrison cited Swaebe’s “exceptional track record of driving growth at scale, combined with his deep
understanding of integrated marketing dynamics.”
Known for its media audit and agency search services, Ebiquity positions itself as the “independent authority on marketing
effectiveness.” It works with 75 of the top 100 global advertisers in addition to hundreds of other clients and analyzes over $100
billion in media spend annually. It has a staff of 650 and offices in 19 countries.
