It also broadened its service offering to full-funnel media, made a number
of acquisitions and won new assignments from clients such as Mars, PepsiCo, LEGO and Microsoft.
In September 2023, Brainlabs secured private equity investment
from Falfurrias Capital Partners who succeeded Livingbridge. Allan also retains an investment in the agency.
Daniel Gilbert, Founder CEO, credited Allan’s
“significant contribution” to the agency.
“I look back with pride on what we achieved together at Brainlabs, and I’m grateful to the many talented
colleagues who contributed to our growth and to the clients who placed their trust in us,” stated Allan. He added on his LinkedIn page that he’s exploring opportunities
where he can help other organizations with their growth plans.
Before joining Brainlabs, Allen served at WPP agency Mediacom for over two decades and served as the
network’s Worldwide chairman and CEO from 2008 until 2020.
