San Diego independent agency CourtAvenue announced today that it
has acquired data consultant GTX Solutions. Terms weren’t disclosed.
GTX was founded by industry veterans Jim Hartley and Chris
Andres. They both served at customer data platform Tealium for seven-plus years before starting GTX in 2024. The firm specializes in customer data strategy
and implementation and customer experience optimization.

GTX will integrate with CourtAvenue’s existing data practice, working alongside chief data officer Scott
Hamm to expand capabilities across commerce, CDPs and enterprise data strategy.
“Everything we’re building as a company starts with data integrity,” said Dan Khabie,
co-founder of CourtAvenue. “If the data isn’t clean and structured correctly, AI models fail, CRM systems underperform, and marketing investments don’t
deliver.”
Earlier this month, CourtAvenue announced it was creating a
new AI-first martech practice and that it appointed Dan Hixson to build it from the ground up.
