The Australia-based creative
agency Archie + Fox has expanded its presence in the U.S. Now, it's adding Jaimee Searle as creative director.
The agency's U.S. accounts include Boy Smells, Dieux
Skin, Nike, Go-To Skincare, Coterie and Tame Impala’s Telepathic.
Searle brings nearly a decade of brand-side experience, spanning Australia and the United
States. Before this, she was senior creative manager at Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson’s Seven Bucks Productions in Los Angeles, where she led creative for Project Rock, his apparel and footwear
partnership with Under Armour. She also worked on campaigns for Jacked Santa and the CGI Brahma Bull.
Earlier, she worked as a brand manager for Chamberlain Coffee.
Caitlyn
Watson, Archie + Fox founder, said Searle's “experience scaling businesses means she approaches creativity through an internal lens. That’s critical as we expand further into the
U.S. market.”

For Searle, this move represents a purpose-driven shift, as much as a strategic one: “What stood out with Archie + Fox is how intentional their work feels; it’s
strategic, but still feels authentic. After years working brand-side, you see how important that balance is.”
Founded in Melbourne, Archie + Fox's core offerings span creative content
strategy and production, in addition to experiential activations, social management and brand-positioning strategy.
