Atlanta-based We Are Rosie, best known for providing freelance and fractional marketing talent, is expanding into consulting. 

The company has launched Rosie Advisory, a new business designed to help companies reorganize their marketing departments and improve how work gets done between in-house teams and outside agencies. 

The firm has hired ad industry veteran Fred Schuster to lead the new practice.  Schuster previously founded production and operations businesses including McCann's Craft Worldwide, Ogilvy's Redworks and InnerGroup. 

Rosie Advisory will use AI software from Ace Workflow to analyze how marketing work moves through an organization, identify bottlenecks and redundancies, and recommend changes to team structures, workflows and staffing.
