
In its ongoing bid to return
to growth outside of its home market (Japan), Dentsu has promoted Beth Ann Kaminkow CEO, Americas and Chief Global Client Officer. She was previously North America
CEO.
Kaminkow’s combined Americas role is new. The last executive to hold the Americas CEO role was Michael Komasinski who
left to become CEO of Criteo in early 2025. After his departure Giulio Malegori filled in as Global Chief Operating Officer & Chairman & Acting CEO of the
region.

Additionally, Dentsu has added two new North America roles with Christena Pyle named Chief Client Experience
Officer and Steve Albany appointed executive vice president, growth & partnerships.
Pyle will focus on elevating client experiences and driving organic
growth. She’s been with Dentsu for five years, most recently serving as Chief of Community and Culture.
Albany will partner with Kyla Jeffers, Chief Growth Officer,
to try to accelerate Dentsu’s North America growth by creating new client opportunities, creating strategic partnerships and
developing new solutions across media, creative, CXM, production, data and technology.
Albany joins Dentsu from WPP Open X, where he led global creative
partnerships for The Coca-Cola Company. Earlier he served at Omnicom’s The Marketing Arm.
