Gut Los Angeles Selects Graham As Head Of Strategy

Gut Los Angeles named its first head of strategy: Mandy Waldorf Graham. The appointment dovetails with the agency growth in the U.S.

Prior to the hire, Graham was executive director, strategy and analytics at Drake Cooper. Before that, she was group strategy director at Sid Lee, working with The North Face, Dos Equis and Dove. Earlier roles include EVP/director of strategy at M&C Saatchi for Reebok and global planning director at 180 in Amsterdam.

Her ad career began at Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago. Later, she joined Leo Burnett.

James Hidden, managing director, Gut Los Angeles, calls her a “triple threat, combining deep branding fundamentals, unconventional thinking, and the experience of scaling a modern strategy practice. Her arrival reflects both the momentum we’re seeing in LA, and our plan to continue investing in the next wave of growth.”

Graham added: “There’s a real energy here to push brands beyond the expected, and I’m excited to help turn that ambition into work that drives both culture and business.”

The agency's roster includes DoorDash, Activision Blizzard, Disney and Google.
