MissionOne Media, part of BarkleyOKRP has added two senior
executives to its recently established New York City operation, including Michael Piner as the agency’s first executive vice president-head of investments and partnerships. Also joining the
New York office is Kelly McGowan in the new role of EVP-media planning.
Piner is tasked with helping steward client spend across all channels, optimizing
for media efficiency and client business goals. He most recently served as Chief Investment Officer at Omnicom media agency PHD and earlier was EVP-advanced advertising at
IPG’s Mediahub Worldwide.

McGowan will oversee all media planning and product development. She’s also a Mediahub Worldwide veteran, where she
served for 12 years, lastly as EVP-managing director.
Both executives report to Sean Corcoran, president, MissionOne Media.
The agency
manages $1.1 billion in annual media expenditures. Recent new clients include Inspire Sleep, Land O’Frost, Hertz Car Sales, and Dole.
