Healthcare agency network Klick Health today announced that it has acquired health science communications consultancy Oxford PharmaGenesis. 

The acquired firm helps pharmaceutical and biotech companies market and promote new products.  

Founded in 1998, the organization comprises more than 500 people in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. 

While terms of the transaction weren't disclosed, Klick said the deal is its biggest acquisition to date. 

The announcement follows Klick’s being crowned both Healthcare Agency Of The Year, Healthcare Network Of The Year, and Independent Agency Of The Year--Health, at the Cannes Lions festival last week.
