Lafferty brings more than 25
years of leadership to the role. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer of Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC), president of both mcgarrybowen and Translation, CEO of BBH North America,

He succeeds APR (Advertising Production Resources) owner and founder Jillian Gibbs in the CEO post. Gibbs,
who established the firm in 2000, will now focus on promoting the company and its mission through speaking engagements and more. In 2023 Gibbs co-authored the book "The Marketer’s Guide to
Creative Production."
Gibbs said Lafferty “brings the rare combination of deep industry experience, and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches that
this moment requires” as AI becomes more ingrained in production processes.
APR advises more than 400 brands worldwide (Constellation Brands and Google among them), helping them optimize billions in
annual marketing production spend.
