BarkleyOKRP has named Brandon Cooke chief marketing
and growth officer. He’ll lead marketing and growth efforts across its four US offices: Kansas City, Missouri, New York, Chicago and Denver. He reports to CEO Katy Hornaday.
He succeeds Jason

Cooke spent nearly a decade at FCB, most recently as Global CMO and international affiliates. He’s credited with being
instrumental in securing big wins at the agency, including Kellanova and Kimberly-Clark.
He earlier served as global CMO at Dentsu’s mcgarrybowen.
Cooke’s new role
unifies the agency's client experience and business development efforts under a single leader for the first time.
“We have big ambitions -- and to make our vision real, we have to have
the very best team,” said Katy Hornaday, CEO of BarkleyOKRP.
The past year has been a busy one for the agency, which was formed by the merger of Barkley and OKRP in 2024. Last year it
founded media operation MissionOne and tapped Sean Corcoran from Mediahub to launch and lead it. Early this year it opened its New York office. Last November the agency appointed Brad Jones chief
creative officer.
