Stagwell has signed a definitive agreement to acquire an Adobe implementation and consulting firm, QStrauss Consulting. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  

Based in Columbia, QStrauss Consulting will join Stagwell's lead digital transformation agency Code And Theory.  

QStrauss works with firms including Walmart, BBVA, Santander, Grupo Salinas, OXXO and Grupo Bimbo.   

According to the company, the deal reinforces Code And Theory’s relationship with Adobe. The agency recently announced a three-year co-development agreement with Adobe to build industry-specific solutions that combine Adobe’s platforms with Code and Theory’s creative and technology expertise, as well as some Stagwell network assets.  The solutions focus on industries where Code And Theory has multiple clients including financial services, B2B, sports and retail.
