Francisco-based strategy and creative consultant Prophet has expanded its digital offering with the acquisition of JBi Digital, the London-based digital transformation agency. Financial terms
weren’t disclosed.
The acquisition brings JBi Digital’s website development capabilities and expertise in designing large-scale digital platforms for enterprise
and public sector clients to Prophet's broader service offering, which it will market to clients across EMEA and the US.

With the deal, JBi Digital will continue to serve its existing clients
while expanding its capabilities via Prophet’s broader array of services, which include creative campaign development, media planning, growth strategies, and more.
Prophet has 15 offices
worldwide and 500+ staffers. It has worked with companies like Siemens, Invesco, Beazley, Salesforce, Google, Marriott, Netflix, Amazon and more.
