In a bid to boost new business and increase the size and scale of
client relationships, Minneapolis-based media and analytics agency Collective Measures has appointed Rachel Hipschman to the new role of senior director of growth.
She reports to
Co-President Allison McMenimen Bakken.

Hipschman joins from agency Known in New York, where she will continue to be based. Earlier she held media strategy roles at Horizon Media and
Mindshare.
She is credited with significantly expanding Known’s business development practice. At Mindshare she led media strategy for Robert
Kraft’s first “Stand Up to Jewish Hate” campaign, which earned a Silver Cannes Lion in the media category and generated five billion media impressions. At Horizon Media, her client
work included Blue Buffalo and Peloton.
