Renee Chez has joined RPA as chief
growth officer as the agency approaches its 40th anniversary as an independent company.
Chez is expected to deepen client partnerships and identify new ways for brands to compete in a
crowded marketplace. (The CGO post had been held by Eric Davis in an interim capacity. He will now return to his role as executive account director.)
Prior to her appointment, Chez spent
most of her 26-year ad career at Cramer-Krasselt as senior vice president/group account director. She recently did a brief stint as a consultant for Highdive. Her major brand experience includes
Corona, Tropicana, Hilton Hotels, Panera and Cadillac.
“Renee has spent her career at the intersection of great brands, great client relationships and great agency
leadership,” said Jim Helberg, CEO, RPA. “That is exactly where we see the opportunity for RPA. Growth happens when you bring together a deep understanding of a client’s business,
strong strategic leadership, creativity and the ability to turn that into meaningful new opportunities. Renee brings all that experience. She’s the right leader to help us build on what makes
RPA distinctive, while pushing us toward what’s next.”

RPA’s client list includes American Honda, Acura, Homes.com, Marathon and Yuengling.
Chez added:
“RPA has built client relationships that have endured for decades, and that only happens when you become a true strategic partner — not simply a provider of advertising. I’m excited
to build on that foundation.”
