What makes your head explode in brain spray of awesome?

Matt Freeman, CEO of GoFish: "We have gone from diictatorial marketing to meritocracy.  Consumer adoption opt in becomes much more forceful part of the equation. We started Tribal it was based on philosophy of saying, It's much less about scale and control over distribution and controls of last fifty years and much more about having talent to earn your way in the market. Not having advertising be a barrier between consumers and content they seek but fluid part of that equation.

Sean Finnegan, chief digital officer, starcom mediavest "This notion that most intellctual property becomes free or ad-supported, which will provide a lot of opportunity."

Trevor Kaufman: "Interactive TV is tremendous oppotunity for everybody.  A connected TV platform, we don't even know now the great apps that will spring up for that.  We didn't envision FaceBook, Expedia, or anything else.  When Connected TV happens there will be tremendous Disintermediation."

Finnnegan, "Disintermediation to me, if it means ability to deconstruct and reconstruct yourself, that's good.  One little anecdote of mine: if wwe have seen any growth in the businesses or talent we have run, its result of giving it away, empowering others to make change. old model of keeping information lets you wither and die.  You have to take the risk, its required for the future."
