Centro Appoints New Board

Centro has built a new board of directors, comprised of a quartet of vets with experience at Carat Fusion, Dell and other media, software and online advertising companies. None of the new board members had a previous commercial relationship with the Chicago-based online media planning and buying software development firm.

The new members are Bill Conroy, president and CEO of Initiate Systems, Inc., John Durham, managing general partner of Catalyst (and former EVP for Carat Fusion), as well as Rich LeFurgy, founder of Archer Advisors, and James Schneider, chairman of Horizon Bank (and former CFO of Dell, Inc.).
