Focusing the buys in and around Omaha, the Clinton campaign is hoping to secure the three electoral votes in Nebraska that are apportioned based on congressional district. It's the only state other than Maine to do so. The ads will highlight Clinton’s work with children and health care.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch has announced she will accept the FBI’s recommendation on Hillary Clinton’s email server, and will bring charges if the FBI report deems it necessary. This resolves questions about whether a political appointee would ignore an FBI report and overrule investigators. The announcement comes after Lynch and former President Bill Clinton had a meeting that was heavily scrutinized.

Experts contend that the payment may have violated IRS rules.
