Now through Thanksgiving Day, Eight O'Clock Coffee is making a live panel of "coffee advisors" available through its Facebook and Twitter presences to assist consumers in "brewing the perfect cup of coffee for their families and guests" during the holiday.

Between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. (EST), the panel will field all coffee-related questions, including brewing tips and advice on selecting varieties that pair well with desserts being served.

"There are so many choices out there -- from brewer types, sizes and methods to coffee varieties and pairings -- it can be a bit overwhelming," said Eight O'Clock senior brand manager Alisa Jacoby.
