Bud Light is
giving adult football fans the chance to pull a good old fashioned all-nighter to win tickets to New York for Super Bowl XLVIII through a unique digital gaming ad.
The game, “Cruise to
the Bowl Challenge,” challenges players to captain a cruise ship on a virtual 800-mile journey along the Atlantic using the arrow keys on their keyboards to dodge obstacles and keep their ship
on course.
The catch: Completing the journey could take 24 hours or more, and once started, there’s no pausing the action. The player who completes the journey the fastest will win a
trip to Bud Light Hotel New York (itself a cruise ship) and tickets to Super Bowl XLVIII.
The Bud Light Cruise to the Bowl Challenge is a fun way to give truly dedicated fans an opportunity to
win a trip to Bud Light Hotel and the Super Bowl, said Lucas Herscovici, vice president, digital, Anheuser-Busch.

“The game is easy to play, but if you want to win, you’ll need
some endurance,” Herscovici said. “Once you start the game, you can’t pause it, and we expect that the winning time will be longer than 24 hours. It’s not for the faint of
heart, but we expect quite a few truly diehard fans will give it a shot.”
The game went viral this week via a unique digital ad on BleacherReport.com and runs until Jan. 20.
