360i Hires 15 People To Replace David Berkowitz (Sort Of)

Wow. David Berkowitz must be a workhorse. Now that he's left 360i, the agency is hiring 15 people to replace him! No, seriously. 360i is looking to fill 15 positions across its New York, Chicago and Atlanta offices. From Front End Developer to Account Supervisor to SEO Strategist, the agency is on a quest to fill Berky's big shoes. OK, OK. SO they aren't hiring specifically to replace Berky's awesomeness -- but they are, indeed, on a hiring spree. Interested? Check it all out here.

So...Sergio Lopez, global head of integrated production at Anomaly, is leaving in order to be closer to his family in London. Of the exit, Anomaly Founder & Global CEO Carl Johnson said: "He leaves with our good wishes as we would never stand in the way of personal matters. Sergio has made some good progress in the 18-month period that he has been here." But get this. The position will not be replaced. That's never a good sign. Like they were waiting for him to leave. No one at Anomaly is going to entertain a query on that now, are they?

Now, I could totally make fun of this-- but come on, we can't all be big-time New York ad agencies that consistently win Lions at Cannes. So let us give a fist bump to Farmington Hills, Michigan agency, Duffey Petrosky, which was just been awarded the Detroit Police Athletic League Dave Bing MVP Leadership Award (could that name be any longer?) for its years of pro bono work for the League. Of the agency, Detroit PAL CEO Tim Richey said: "I'm thrilled to present Duffey Petrosky with the 2014 Leadership Award for being a leading example of a for-profit company utilizing their valuable time and expertise to support an important social impact partner. Since the start of the agency's support, Detroit PAL has enjoyed increased visibility, media presence, participation, and donations. Duffey Petrosky is a shining example of a caring company making a world of difference in their very own community." Isn't that awesome?

That awesome Neil Patrick Harrisvideo in which the How I Met Your Mother star belts out a sexy slow jam for sleep-enhancing beverage neuroSLEEP that's nearing one million views on YouTube? Created by Cleveland-based Brokaw, an agency that over the years I have been very impressed with for their wacky yet insightfully strategic work. You see? Not every agency has to be a New York-based, Cannes Lion-winning mega-shop to create awesome work like this
