Medical marijuana ads will air for the first time on TV in Massachusetts this spring. The
Boston Herald reports that the Medical Cannabis Network has booked ads for April through Comcast
Spotlight. The commercials will air after 10 p.m. on national and local cable channels. The state's first medical marijuana dispensaries are slated to open later this summer.
