Atlas Solutions, the ad server and measurement platform purchased from Microsoft by Facebook last year for a reported $100 million, will use Innovid as its platform to deliver advanced advertising, both companies said on Wednesday.
Innovid’s interactive tools allows advertisers to create, deliver and measure cross-platform ad messages through several devices on all screens
and CEO and co-founder Zvika Netter has long been touting Innovid’s one-stop tools, and stated that “advertisers are in need of a platform that will harness the power of digital video
advertising while mitigating its complexity.”
Facebook has been giving a major push to stepping up its advertising resources.
Atlas has its own Advertiser Suite, a campaign
management and measurement platform that enables advertisers and agencies to plan, manage, track and optimize digital campaigns.
Innovid’s video capabilities mesh neatly with the
Atlas platform, Netter said.
