Nicholas Hahn Joins Rosetta Consulting Unit as Managing Partner

Publicis Groupe's customer engagement agency Rosetta has named Nicholas Hahn as managing partner at Rosetta Consulting, a dedicated practice that contributes to client assignments while also functioning as an independent business unit to provide growth strategy consulting services. Hahn will be based in New York.

Hahn will work with Rosetta Managing Partner Jay Lichtenstein with a remit to lead the unit’s global growth and expansion and will report directly to Rosetta's Chief Executive Officer Tom Adamski.

He replaces Managing Partner John Copeland, although the position's duties have evolved. Copeland was more focused on the craft of consulting, whereas Hahn will be more focused on growth and business development. Rosetta Consulting currently has about 120 staffers.

“Nick has a proven track record of driving profitable growth and exceptional client delivery for a wide range of global clients and major industries, including consumer packaged goods, financial services, automotive and hospitality,” says Adamski. “His energy, imagination, drive and intellect make him a great fit for our agency and we’re thrilled to add another industry veteran to our rapidly growing leadership team.”

This job jump has been in the works for more than six months, with Rosetta creating this role around Hahn’s specific experience and expertise. He previously was senior partner and managing director at Vivaldi Partners, a global innovation and growth strategy consulting firm.

Hahn has nearly 30 years of experience advising companies that include Coca-Cola, Nestle, Campbell’s Soup, Procter & Gamble, American Express, and Johnson & Johnson.
