Here's A Few Reasons Why You Might Want to Hire An Inbound Marketing Agency

Well now. This week HubSpot is holding their annual Inbound conference in Boston, so it's a good time to take a look at why you might want to consider hiring an inbound marketing agency. Business2Community summed it all up in a post entitled "6 Signs It's Time to Hire an Inbound Marketing Agency" which includes the following signs: Your blog is as inconsistent as the Dodgers; You don't know who your content is for; your metric of inbound marketing success is higher traffic; you think every website visitor is there to buy your product; you think revenue goals are something for sales to worry about, and you have no clue how to effectively use marketing analytics. So, you feeling any of this? Maybe you should take a look at which agencies are attending Inbound and give one of them a call.

If you want to hook up with a celebrity who can hook you up with your customers and prospects, you might want to talk to Selena Gomez or Christiano Ronaldo. We all know today's average advertising agency employee is fickle and doesn't stick around for very long. That can wreak havoc for an agency trying to maintain equilibrium and avoid having to continuously train new employees. Well, one Chicago ad agency thinks it has a solution to retaining talent. The agency, Marketing Store, launched a desk swap program that allows employees (10 to 15 each year) to work in the agency's other offices for a three-month period of time. In addition to Chicago, the agency has offices in Hong Kong, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires. Sweet locations, huh? Of the program, Marketing Store Human Resources Lead Dave Jaski said: "We had high-potential associates who were burned out and wanted to do something else. People we could have lost are now staying with the company because of new opportunities."

Deutsch LA has hired Tara Greer as executive vice president/executive creative director, platform. In a short span of time, they have become a formidable force in digital marketing with a string of hits for VW, Esurance, Taco Bell and others. I'm already impressed by the breadth and talent of their 200-person strong digital offering and the ability to concept and build products in house with their 50+-person development team. They have cracked the difficult code of combining amazing communications capabilities with world-class product and platform design. I'm excited to join them on a mission to continue to grow this high-tech, high-concept creative work.” Of course, as we all know, Greer never actually said that. Some PR person just wrote it for her
