Boomtrain’s predictive personalization platform will integrate with Marketo’s suite of marketing software solutions to deliver predictive intelligence and marketing automation tools to email marketers, the companies announced Tuesday.
Through the partnership, email marketers who use both platforms can automate and personalize emails and product recommendations across email, mobile and Web campaigns. Marketers will also gain access to actionable customer data, including a customer’s interests, how they behave and what causes them to engage.
Email marketers can use the data to create more relevant content that compels consumers to take action and drive revenue. Boomtrain claims its ecommerce clients have seen more than a 50% increase in click-through rates and a 100% increase in engagement.

Edwards says email marketers can benefit from predictive and automated technologies by building a better individual relationship with their customers.
